How It All Started

Seer was born out of a shared journey towards balance, self-love, and inner peace, led by our co-founders TY & Trish. TY's transformation began with a leap of faith—a one-way ticket to Bali. Amidst the grind of the tech industry, she discovered the power of self-care through yoga, meditation, and healthy living. TY's passion to share this transformative experience with women who feel lost in their careers or overwhelmed by daily demands inspired the creation of Seer. Through consistent self-love practices, she envisions building a community where wellness, mindfulness, and nurturing our inner light take precedence, allowing women to spread more joy, fulfillment, and purpose.

Trish's journey unfolds with a relentless pursuit of perfection, navigating the challenges of a fast-paced life. Despite achieving her dream job, she felt something was missing. Through a pandemic-induced recalibration and therapy, Trish discovered the profound impact of self-awareness and self-compassion. Co-founding Seer with TY became an opportunity to advocate for mental health and empower women to find their voices. Seer's mission goes beyond backgrounds and life stages, aspiring to bring out the best in every woman and cultivate a community that values mental health and movement. Together, TY and Trish invite women to embrace their uniqueness, share their stories, and find solidarity in the journey towards inner strength.
